He usually delivers his content through email, sms, and a website. John decides that the perfect way to establish a new relationship with his clients is through Podcasting. He decides to open a new section of his website that involves Podcasting and Blogging. His clients can now listen to his daily and weekly stock markets via his Podcasts. Bill is an industry trainer for the management industry. He is contracted out by large companies to train their employees on how to improve their management skills. Bill decides to Podcast his seminars and have them as a pay per listen service. Bill now finds he has an extra marketable product that has great interest from existing and new clients.

XXX is a publishing house that is looking for a new and exiting way to promote their top 10 selling novel. They decide to do a Podcast and link it to their traditional marketing mediums. The Podcasts starts with strong branding from XXX and a 5 minute interview from the author. The Podcast continues with a reading from one of the most exciting chapters. This gives the audience a taste of the novel. XXX finds that Podcasting has enabled the public to establish a relationship with the author and generate excitement about the release.

‘Mega big bucks bank’ has offices all around the world. They have over 5000 employees. Mega big bucks bank wants to improve and stream line its employee training and induction service. MBBB implements an internal Podcasting service for all new employees. Instead of lengthy and expensive training employees now listen to internal Podcasts to get up to date on new products and the procedures they must implement.

 

Emerging bands

 

“Wicked band” is an emerging band that runs its own website and promotions. They regularly have gigs around town that sell out venues. They decide to Podcast to improve their online awareness and promote their new album. “wicked band” has over 300 unique hits a week to their website. They find after implementing Podcasting they are getting 40 new subscribers to the cast a week! Their new album launch is a hit and they sign a deal with a major record label.

 

Real Estate Agents

 

“Prestigious Realty” has a large client base in a wealthy area. They offer online ‘virtual tours’ which is basically a pictorial tour of the property they are listing. “Prestigious Realty” decides that each agent will now do a 5 minute Podcast about the property they are handling.  This adds a personal touch to their service. Clients now feel they have a real relationship with the agents. “Prestigious Realty” is very happy at their clients response, and are happy to be industry leaders.
