Can not agree that Radio Podcasts are questionable. By Radio stations podcasting there content they take away one of the pros that podcasting has over radio. That being that Podcast is a timeshift medimum and if your not listening to Radio when the show is on, you have missed it.

Radio podcasts mean that you can get the show (or better yet, the best bits of the show) and listen to them at a later date and stop and pause them.

So I think Radio podcasts are great. Other podcasts have great features too but Radio Podcasts definitely have there place.
